It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, you can return your order within 14 days. You only pay the shipping costs of returning your order to De Draadzaak. You are not required by law to give a reason when you return your order, but I would love to hear the reason for return, as feedback. This gives me the opportunity to improve my customer service and/or product(s).
The return period of 14 days starts on the day you receive your order. Please note: I only accept unopened and undamaged skeins in the original packaging, with the original ballband around it. Unfortunately, I can not take back skeins that have been (or were) wound into a ball. The costs of the return shipment are for your account.
I want to return my order, what should I do now?
Please ensure that the strands you return are returned in their original packaging.
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com which states you want to return, and I will send you the return address to ship to.
- At the drop-off point you will receive a track & trace code so you can track your package. This is also your proof of shipment. Please save your proof of shipment until you receive an e-mail from me that your return has been received.
- As soon as I have received your package you will receive a confirmation of reception. The purchase sum will be refunded into your bankaccount as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days.
Please note: De Draadzaak does not accept unpaid postage returns!
