Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. We use PostNL (Dutch postal services) for shipping internationally, and we ship without tracking. Do you want your order to be shipped with insurance and/or track and trace? Please contact me before ordering. 

• De Draadzaak currently ships orders to all EU countries. The webshop automatically calculates the shipping costs for orders from abroad, when you select the destination country (see details below).
• Orders of € 150 or over, will be shipped for free (standard shipping, without track & trace)
• Isn't your country on the list? Please contact me and I will try and fix that. 
• De Draadzaak is not liable for loss or theft during shipment. Of course we will do everything we can to trace lost mail! 
• It is very important that you enter your address details correctly. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, after placing your order. Please check your details firmly and contact us as soon as possible, if these details are incorrect so that we can change this before your shipment is dispatched. 
• This website uses a Dutch address-format: if you can't register your shipping address the way it needs to be written on your package, please send me an email with the right notation at wendy@dedraadzaak.nl. 
• Unfortunately, once you have received an e-mail that your order has been shipped, nothing can be changed. If your order is returned to us because the parcel service has not been able to deliver it due to incorrect address details, I have to ask you to pay for the re-shipping costs of your order.
