Your privacy is important. In the Netherlands it is mandatory to draw up privacy regulations in the context of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This statement is more extensive than before and drawn up in understandable language. This makes it even clearer for you what De Draadzaak does with your personal data.
When you place an order with De Draadzaak, we use your personal data to process your order properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank. For this we use your payment details, name and address details, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information for one year after your order has been completed. We then keep this on paper for another seven years because this is mandatory for the tax authorities.
Provision of your data to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive the above-mentioned personal data from us. We work together with:
- Payment provider Klarna
- Postal company DHL and/or PostNL
- Hosting party MyOnlineStore
In principle, we do not send you any advertising, but we may - at most twice a year - use your email address to send you an offer or to notify you of a sale. Don't you want this? Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block The Wire Case or use the unsubscribe option. Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
Security of your personal data is of great importance to us. Together with MyOnlineStore we ensure that your data is properly secured with us.

Make sure that you always clearly indicate who you are, so that we can be sure that we do not change or delete data from the wrong person.
To file a complaint
If you feel that I have not helped you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This is the Dutch Data Protection Authority. But of course I prefer to be given the opportunity to properly resolve a complaint, so are you not satisfied with your purchase?
