Tencel
This hand dyed yarn is made of 100% tencel (lyocell). Tencel yarn is very shiny, has an almost silky feel to it and besides that: it drapes beautifully. Making this yarn requires less energy and water than conventional cotton. As a plant-derived fibre (it's made from eucalyptus trees), tencel is also biodegradable.
This yarn has 265 meters of yarn on a 100g skein, I use a 3.0-3.5mm hook when knitting of crocheting with it. Making a swatch is always recommended, to assure you'll get the right gauge for your project.
